Q : How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
A : Your order will be despatched by Express Post – delivery will be in one to three days, according to Australia Post’s Express Post delivery specifications. The link to their website is here http://auspost.com.au/business/express-post-delivery-network.html For international deliveries, allow 14 business days from confirmation of order.

Q : What happens if there is no one home to sign for the parcel?
A : The postman will leave a card for you to contact them to arrange collection or re-delivery. If you do not contact them the parcel will be returned to us after about 2 weeks. If you want the parcel sent again you will be charged the shipping fee again.

Q: What happens if the parcel doesn’t arrive?
A: If the parcel hasn’t arrived after 14 days of the despatch notice, please contact us and we will track the parcel for you.

Q: Is there a tracking number?
A: The parcel can be traced through its unique Express Post barcode and we ask you to be a little patient whilst we trace what has happened. For international deliveries, we can trace the package through the consignment number.

Q: Can I have my order sent with another carrier?
A: No, we use Fedex international couriers as they provide excellent service at reasonable rates.

Q: I am a little worried about buying on the Internet and from another country?
A: Don't be, you are paying an Industry leader in Internet payment system from Paypal and your money is safe. They have buyer and seller protection schemes in place for peace of mind and state of the art security processes. We do not have access to ANY of your financial details at anytime.

Q: What if there is a problem when my shirt arrives?
A:  Our shirts are good quality and we check every one prior to despatch. If you do find a problem, CONTACT US – by phone or email. We'll do our best to sort it out quickly and efficiently.

Q: What if I made a mistake with the size?
A: Simply return the shirt and we can exchange the shirt for another size. You will be responsible for the additional postage and there will be a 20% restocking fee.
